António Pedro Cerdeira

António Pedro Cerdeira (b.1970 ) is a Portuguese actor .

Anthony attended “Training Actors” at “Escola Profissional de Teatro de Cascais” and made the stage under the direction of Carlos Avilez at the “Teatro Experimental de Cascais” where he joined the cast of “O Pranto e As Almas e Breve Sumário da História de Deus de Gil Vicente”, “A Morte de Danton” by Büchner, “Auto Das Regateiras” by Ribeiro Chiado, “Rei Lear” by Shakespeare, “Rei Leandro” by Alice Vieira, “Lua Desconhecida” by Miguel Rovisco, “Ensina-me a Viver” by Colin Higgins, “Alta Vigilância e Os Biombos” by Jean Genet. At the National Theatre D. Maria II, António participated “As Fúrias” by Agustina Bessa-Luís, directed by Filipe La Féria and at the Gulbenkian Foundation he was one of the performers in “O Amor em Visita – Poesia Portuguesa das Últimas Três Décadas” a poetry performance directed by Gaston Cruz.

António worked with Luis Miguel Cintra in Thetre of Cornucópia, participating in “A Fabulação”  of Pasolini with Jorge Silva Melo at “Artistas Unidos” and participated in “Queda do Egoísta Johan Fatzer” by Brecht (1999). He also interpreted “O Método Gronholm “ from the Catalan author Jordi Galcerán (2005 ) directed by Vírgilio Castelo , “Relativamente” by Alan Aykbourn (2010) directed by João Lagarto.

António has two sons: Lourenço (b.2001), with Joana Almada, and Afonso (b.2005) with Maria Luis.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Paulo Pires

Paulo Pires (b.1967) is a Portuguese actor and model.

Paulo is known for his work in Portuguese and Spanish television and films. He was named Portuguese Theatre Personality of the Year in the 1996 Portuguese Golden Globes. In October 2008 The Biography Channel aired a documentary covering 20 years of his life and work in entertainment.

He made his first film appearance in 1993 as Corto Maltese in the film Zéfiro, directed by José Álvaro Morais, followed by a co-starring role in Cinco Dias, Cinco Noites by José Fonseca e Costa (1996).
He has appeared regularly on Portuguese television in series including Jornalistas (1999), Ganância (2001), Ana e os Sete (2003), Maré Alta (2004), Segredo (2005), and "Até Amanhã Camaradas". He was one of the presenters of Mundo Vip (1998), on the Portuguese independent television channel SIC.

He has also appeared on Spanish television in the series Los Serranos (2004), Fuera de Control (2006), and Ellas y el sexo débil (2006). In 2007 he co-starred in the drama series Deixa-me Amar, followed by Olhos nos Olhos.

Since beginning his television career he has returned to the cinema occasionally with appearances in films including com O Fascínio by Fonseca e Costa (2003), Maria e as Outras by José de Sá Caetano (2004), A rapariga no espelho by Pedro Fortes (2004), O Milagre Segundo Salomé by Mário Barroso (2004), and Do Outro Lado do Mundo by Leandro Ferreira (2007).

In 2000 Paulo Pires married Astrid Werdnig, psychologist and former model. They have one daughter, Chlöe, born in 2004.

Jorge Corrula

Jorge Corrula (b.1978) is a Portuguese actor.

Jorge studied at the School of Theatre and Cinema in Lisbon and his first television role was the participation in the first edition of the TV series “Morangos com Acucar” in 2004. After that, he was part of the cast of several TV series such as “Floribella”, Flor do Mar” and “Remédio Santo”. Howerver, Jorge gained more popularity thanks to his performance in the movie “O  Crime do Padre Amaro” in 2006, where he apeared with Soraia Chaves.
 
Jorge Corrula and his longtime girlfriend, Paula Lobo Antunes, have welcomed their first child in 2012.

Nuno Janeiro

Nuno Janeiro (b.1977) is a Portuguese model and actor. His first television role was the character of "Sam", a young man in a wheelchair in the series “Morangos com Açucar”, between 2006 and 2007. Since then Nuno has been a constant presence on Portuguese television, through their roles in TV series of TVI, like “Flor do Mar” and “Mar de Paixão”. With SIC Television was in “Blood Ties” and “Dancin' Days”. 

Parallel to his career in television, Nuno Janeiro also has a modeling career.

Joaquim d'Almeida

Joaquim d'Almeida (b.1957) was born in Lisbon, son of João Baptista de Almeida and Maria Sara Portugal.

At the age of eighteen, after attending the theater course at the Lisbon Conservatory (School of Theatre and Cinema) for two years, he left Portugal to continue his studies after the Conservatory was temporarily closed following the 1974 democratic revolution. He spent a year in Vienna, moving again, in 1976, to New York City where he studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, a school for the performing arts frequented by famous actors such as Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Angelina Jolie.

He began his acting doing some theater. During the 1980s, he started his film career appearing on the 1982 action film The Soldier, and later achieved recognition for playing Andrea Bonanno in the 1987 Italian film Good Morning, Babylon. He achieved international fame with his portrayals of Félix Cortez in the 1994 thriller Clear and Present Danger and Bucho in the 1995 action thriller Desperado. Several years later, he became popular for playing Ramon Salazar on the Fox thriller drama series 24, between 2003 and 2004, and Hernan Reyes in 2011 street racing film Fast Five.
